Bruno Zgela vs Joshua In Calisthenics Cup

Calisthenics Cup – Calisthenics Endurance Competition

I participated in one of the biggest calisthenics endurance competitions in the world called Calisthenics Cup at FIBO 2024. The absolute best endurance athletes participated in this competition, like Max True, Sergio Di Pasquale, Jaime Cabeza, and Florian Marrec.

A total of 16 athletes participated in the Calisthenics Cup, and the stage was amazing. It was filled with energy, crazy workout routines, and incredible athletes. This was my first time participating here, and I did not have much expectation from myself; I just wanted to do my absolute best.

Bruno Zgela - Calisthenics Cup

To win this competition, you would need to go through four battles that had intense calisthenics routines that only the elite in the world would be able to do. The routines were created by Saibov (former world champion in endurance), and he did not go light with them.

If you want to try out what all the athletes needed to do during the Calisthenics Cup competition, I have listed all the routines below for you to try out. The winner of these battles was the one who completed the routines the fastest, but of course, we had judges who checked our form and did not count the reps if they were performed incorrectly.
